VR-Dreamer works on the principle of a comprehensive service.
This means the institution generally does not need to take care of:
- Procurement and basic setup of the technology
- Installation of the software
- Basic training of the responsible staff
- Technical preparation of the content
- Basic support with use
- Ongoing consultation as needed by the institution
The specific services, the scope of support, and the terms are agreed individually for each collaboration.
Collaboration
Two collaboration models
Guided sessions conducted by VR-Dreamer
VR-Dreamer brings the technology and the suitable applications and conducts the agreed guided VR sessions directly at the institution. Preparation, delivery, and technical support remain with VR-Dreamer.
Use by the institution with rented equipment
The institution rents the prepared VR headsets from VR-Dreamer together with the agreed software and suitable content. VR-Dreamer sets up the devices, trains selected staff, and supports the institution technically, in terms of content, and in terms of process. The guided VR sessions are then conducted by the institution's trained staff.
Scope, responsibilities, maintenance, exchange, repairs, support, and terms are agreed individually for each collaboration.
