Guided virtual reality
In guided virtual reality, the participating person is never alone with the technology.

The principle
A companion stays present for the entire session
A companion prepares the technology and sees what the participating person sees. They select content or adapt it to the person's reactions, and can communicate, provide support, or pause the activity at any time if needed.
The technology remains a tool throughout – the person can focus on the experience.

Important note: Guided VR does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. It can provide support, offer relief, and create moments of joy – no promise of healing is made.
