Dreamer Sense
Dreamer Sense is a technology intended to help people on the autism spectrum access what many other people perceive intuitively in communication: the emotional meaning between the words.

Core need addressed
Many autistic people understand the spoken words themselves very well. What can be more difficult, however, is recognizing irony, humor, sadness, anger, or other emotional layers of everyday communication – layers that are self-evident for many people, but that can represent an everyday challenge for an autistic person.
Method
The system can make use of an intelligent earbud system, a smartphone with AI-based processing, as well as a smartwatch or an earbud system for discreet feedback. The aim is not to replace natural communication, but to offer additional orientation in situations that seem self-evident to others.
Everyday-suitable devices
Dreamer Sense is intended, as far as possible, to build on devices that many people already use in everyday life: an intelligent earbud and a connected smartphone. If a smartwatch is available, it can serve as an additional, discreet feedback channel. Depending on personal equipment, a combination of two or three existing everyday devices is therefore sufficient – additional conspicuous specialized technology is not planned.
Discreet feedback
A brief vibration or another simple, discreet signal via a smartwatch or an intelligent earbud system.
